ABOUT HCPC
Established in 1995 under the visionary 1994 Government of Pakistan Energy Policy, Habibullah Coastal Power has been a cornerstone in the nation's energy landscape. Our state-of-the-art plant, situated in Quetta, Sheikh Manda, features a robust configuration including three GE LM6000PA gas turbines and a Mitsubishi steam turbine. With a combined capacity of 140 MW at ISO, we ensure dependable power supply to meet the demands of our stakeholders.
Our journey is marked by resilience and innovation, from signing an EPC contract with Fiat Avio in 1996 to achieving commercial operation in 1999. Over the years, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, upheld by annual inspections and essential permits as per local regulations.
Driven by a mission to power progress sustainably, we prioritize environmental stewardship and community welfare. Through initiatives like free eye camps and local development projects, we aim to create a positive impact beyond power generation.
